Counselling
Counselling offers a space to slow down and understand emotional patterns and reactions that may feel unhelpful but difficult to shift alone.
Together, we explore what triggers distress, how you respond under pressure, and what keeps those patterns in place. Over time, this work can help you respond to challenges with greater clarity, steadiness, and choice, rather than feeling stuck in familiar reactions.
Coaching
Coaching is a structured, forward-focused conversation that supports clarity, direction and intentional change.
People often choose coaching when navigating decisions, transitions, or new responsibilities — or when they want to move forward with greater alignment and confidence.
We focus on goals, values, and patterns of thinking, supporting you to make confident choices and take steps that align with what matters most to you.
Not sure which one is right?
Counselling focuses on understanding and working through emotional patterns; coaching focuses on clarifying direction, priorities, and considered next steps.
You don’t need to decide before reaching out. Many people discover what feels most helpful through the conversation itself.
How we begin
The first conversation is a space to explore what’s bringing you here and whether this way of working feels like the right fit.
There’s no obligation to continue, and no expectation to share more than feels comfortable. The emphasis is on thoughtful exploration, not rushing toward solutions.

About Me
I’m Bolor Lorinet, a counsellor and ICF-certified coach working with adults who are often carrying a great deal — emotionally, relationally, or professionally — while continuing to meet responsibilities at work, in relationships, and at home.
Many of the people I work with are capable and thoughtful, yet find themselves feeling stretched, uncertain, or stuck in patterns they can’t easily shift on their own.
My work integrates emotional understanding with cognitive clarity, helping clients feel genuinely heard while also leaving sessions with clearer understanding and practical ways of responding differently to what they’re facing.
