About me
I’m Bolor Lorinet, a counsellor and ICF-certified coach supporting adults who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or at a turning point in their lives.
My work is collaborative and intentional. Together, we explore patterns, emotions, and relational dynamics while building skills for emotional regulation, boundaries, decision-making, and more intentional ways of responding.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling from Monash University (Australia) and am an ICF-certified coach, drawing on evidence-based therapeutic and coaching approaches to support thoughtful, sustainable change.
Alongside my clinical and coaching work, I serve on the boards of philanthropic organisations focused on the protection and long-term outcomes of children and young people. This governance experience deepens my understanding of systems, leadership, and responsibility.
Rooted in my Mongolian background and shaped by living and working internationally, I bring sensitivity to issues of identity, belonging, and adaptation. I offer sessions in English and French, and I have a strong working understanding of Russian.
