Counselling

A supportive therapeutic space to explore emotions and thought and behaviour patterns, and how they shape your experience of life and relationships.

Counselling can be helpful if you are:

  • experiencing anxiety, stress, or low mood, and seeking greater emotional steadiness

  • feeling stuck or overwhelmed, and wanting to understand what’s keeping you there

  • finding it hard to regulate emotions and wishing to respond with greater awareness and intention

  • navigating relationship challenges, changes, or life transitions

  • questioning identity, meaning, or direction in life

Coaching

A collaborative, forward-focused space to clarify goals, strengthen self-awareness, and translate insight into intentional action in work and life.

Coaching can be helpful if you are:

  • feeling at a crossroads and wanting greater direction or momentum

  • navigating professional or personal transitions and seeking clarity in decision-making

  • wanting to perform well while managing pressure, self-doubt, or competing demands

About Me

I’m Bolor Lorinet, a counsellor and ICF-certified coach working with adults who are often carrying a great deal — emotionally, relationally, or professionally — while continuing to meet responsibilities at work, in relationships, and at home.

My work integrates emotional understanding with cognitive clarity, helping clients feel genuinely heard while also leaving sessions with insight and practical ways of responding differently to what they are facing.
